ARPPU in iGaming

ARPPU, or average revenue per paying user, measures revenue per player who deposited or generated revenue in the selected period.

Formula

ARPPU = revenue / paying players

Example

If NGR is $120,000 and 2,400 players deposited, ARPPU is $50.

When to use ARPPU

ARPPU is useful for payment segmentation, VIP analysis, bonus impact, and comparing monetization among players who already crossed the payment barrier.

Risk

ARPPU can rise while the business weakens if fewer players deposit. Always read it with deposit conversion and active player counts.
